Langkawi Writers’ Festival 2023
If you’re visiting Langkawi for the holiday weekend - or are lucky enough to reside on the beautiful island - why not join us next Sunday September 3rd at La Pari-Pari between 4-6 pm for an informal ‘book’ club session? Books and refreshments available! A perfect way to end the holiday weekend!
The event will have two sessions:
Lee Su Kim, author of the much loved Peranakan and Nyonya stories: Kebaya Tales, Sarong Secrets and Manek Mischiefs, moderated by former radio and TV presenter Jules Tang
Rose Gan: author of the Penang Chronicles Trilogy: Dragon, Pearl and the soon-to be released Emporium (advance copies will be available for sale!), moderated by travel writer , translator and publisher Jérôme Bouchaud.
